Warehouse Roof and Rooflight Refurbishment

Rooflights were refurbished whilst allowing continued work within the warehouse with safety netting.
50no. rooflights replaced in warehouse using Filon 2.44 KG Class 1 GRP in a Cape Monad profile. Temporary internal safety netting was deployed during the works to prevent falls from height. External access scaffold and handrails were also provided. 40 Linear Metres of valley gutter relined with H.G Sharman Ltd Rubberised plygene gutterline system 2no. outlets and 2no. stop ends were heat welded to the liner to create a seamless joint and detail free gutter. A 100 sq. metre section of totally failed fibre cement sheeting was also stripped and resheeted including new insulation quilt
